Asia's Leisure Capitol

Between the peaceful waters of the Gulf of Thailand and the glittering spires of a hillside Buddhist temple, the project is a new concept in tropical luxury living.

Pattaya is all about leisure. A balmy tropical climate blends with a cooling sea breeze to keep you comfortable year round. A wide range of world class golf courses, including designs by Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Nick Faldo and Robert Trent Jones Jr, are within easy reach and uniquely affordable. Water sports range from diving and snorkeling to sailing, big-game fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and many others. Land-based activities are incredibly diverse, ranging from luxurious spas, wellness centers, and Buddhist temples to bungy jumping, paragliding, shooting, fishing, or interaction with elephants, tigers, and snakes at exotic animal farms.

An astonishing variety of restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs caters to every imaginable taste in entertainment. Whether your idea of fun is quaffing a 25-cent afternoon beer in a downtown go-go bar or a pampered retreat of yoga, massage, and meditation, a five-star meal prepared by a top European chef or a street-level exploration of the infinite variety of Thai cuisine, the Pattaya/Jomtien area will satisfy your appetites.

The islands and coral reefs around Pattaya continue to draw divers with a selection of PADI-certified dive shops heading to dozens of different sites. Anglers can enjoy deep sea, freshwater and spear fishing, with charter services sailing off on big game excursions led by multi-lingual guides and staff. Pattaya has become a water sport magnet, and recently hosted the Kona Windsurfing World Championship and Raceboard World Championship. Auto racing has added more flair on a street circuit just north of Pattaya with the annual Bangsaen Thailand Speed Festival reigning as Thailand's largest motor sport event. Pattaya is a rising star in the international yachting and sailing scene, with the 2011 Top of the Gulf Regatta attracting sailors and boats from over 30 countries.

Pattaya has a tropical wet and dry climate, which is divided into the following seasons: warm and dry (November to February), warm and humid (March to May), and warm and rainy (June to October).
