Villa options for Glass Hill

The standard 3 bedroom/4 bath Glass Hill villa design accommodates a number of custom options.

  • Open carport instead of enclosed garage
  • No pool
  • Extra bedroom at ground level
  • Upgraded fixtures and tiling in baths and kitchens, at cost
  • No wall/gate at the roadside front of the lot
  • Minor room size changes and wall placement options will be accommodated if no re-engineering of support columns is required
  • Addition of housekeepers quarters at GF

Any modifications and or upgrades will be priced by the developer prior to beginning construction of the villa.



A limited number of developed vacant lots are available for buyers wishing to build their own villas. Buyers have the option of acquiring two adjacent lots if a larger home is desired.
